Job Title: BTP Expert | Lead BTP developer (with Java - Must Have) Job Description: Experience with CAP (Cloud Application Programming model) with SAP HANA Expertise in frontend and Backend development of applications in Javascript with Node JS and SAP UI5 Experience working with REST and Odata based Microservices Experience on working with Cloud based workflows and automations in BTP. Have experience to Extend and integrate the SAP standard solutions using BTP Experience in developing technical specifications based on the Functional requirements from the Business consulting team/ Product owner/ Architect. Experience on AI services on BTP will be an added advantage Experience required: 5+ years Job Location: Bangalore (Whitefield) Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and guide the development team to ensure high-quality deliverables. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback. Solution Development: Design, develop, and deploy solutions within SAP BTP. Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet business requirements. Collaborate with functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and expertise in SAP BTP. Stay updated with the latest SAP BTP features, tools, and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ABAP development and SAP BTP. Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor development projects to ensure timely delivery. Manage project resources, timelines, and budgets effectively. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development guidelines. Perform unit testing and support integration testing efforts. Skillset: Proficiency in Java programming and development tools. Strong understanding of SAP BTP services, including SAP HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, and SAP Fiori. Experience with integration technologies such as OData, REST, and SOAP. Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of other SAP modules and technologies. Experience working in professional services/consulting environment Proven experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
