Role Overview:

Account Manager Broker Channel


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage strong relationships with existing and new insurance brokers.
  • Drive business generation through broker partners in retail and commercial lines.
  • Identify new market opportunities and increase the company's footprint through broker networks.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of brokers and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Conduct training sessions and product presentations for broker teams.
  • Coordinate with internal underwriting, claims, and operations teams to ensure end-to-end service delivery.
  • Monitor performance metrics and regularly report on sales achievements and targets.
