To do local purchase / material collection from transporter godown/ collect materials from local suppliers. To make POs in ERP for all type of materials like Raw material / trading items/ spares/consumables based on indents/ mail requests. To follow up with respective to suppliers to get quotes and make comparison. Maintaining the stock of office stationery /issuing and updating the stock register. To make PO pending list / MIS preparation/ Documentation required for purchase department. Maintaining the spares price tracking sheets in excel. To support in bill processing verifying the price / attaching the po to the bills / update in bills register. To maintain the excel for repair items till it is returned after repair. Should have better communication skills. To know to drive 2-wheeler for local purchases using his owned vehicle. Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
