Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of breads (e.g., white, whole wheat, multigrain, rye)
• Mix, knead, and shape dough using hands or machines
• Follow both traditional and modern baking recipes
• Monitor baking processes, oven temperature, and timing
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the baking area
• Ensure consistency in texture, taste, and quality of baked products

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience as a Bread Maker or Baker
• Strong understanding of fermentation, dough preparation, and baking techniques
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and efficiency
• Physically fit and able to work on your feet for extended periods
• Willingness to relocate to Serbia and commit to the full contract
• Good team player with a positive attitude
