What You'll Own:
- Lead the end-to-end packaging and visual design across categories and formats- Translate brand strategy and consumer insight into high-impact, shelf-winning designs- Build and mentor a high-performing design team- Drive speed and efficiency in packaging launches and refreshes- Champion sustainability and design complianceWhat We're Looking For:- 9-12 years in packaging graphics, brand identity, or visual communication (FMCG/CPG preferred)- Strong portfolio spanning packaging, branding, and promotional design- Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, R&D, Packaging & Purchase- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, 3D tools, and print production workflows- Passion for consumer behavior, visual trends, and storytelling
