Brand Manger

You should have 2-4 years of experience, preferably in an FMCG company (Foods), along with an MBA in Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for all marketing and branding activities for the Brand. Your duties will include developing marketing and brand management strategies to support top-line and bottom-line growth. Conducting market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be expected to explore new segments and innovative products for the organization. You will need to ensure coordination with sales to implement and monitor all marketing initiatives for the Brand, as well as evaluate and plan media effectively. On the strategic front, you will be required to scan the business environment for revenue generation opportunities, drive the formulation of marketing strategy, and develop detailed marketing plans and executions based on strategic business requirements. Financial aspects of the role will involve developing annual plans and budgets for the brand, monitoring expenditures, ensuring optimal pricing of products, and improving ROI on advertisements. Key skills required for this position include expertise in marketing strategies and campaigns, agency/vendor management, product positioning and branding, digital and social media marketing, market research and consumer insights, annual brand plans, and new product development and launch.,
