We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of high-impact branding initiatives for our building materials portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Brand Leadership Strategic Planning Innovation & Product Launches Integrated Marketing Campaigns Customer & Channel Insight Brand Governance Leadership & Team Management Performance Measurement Requirements: • Masters degree (MBA) in Marketing Strategy, or related field. • 8–12 years of brand management experience, preferably in building materials, construction products, or durable goods. • Proven track record of driving brand growth, managing large campaigns, and leading cross-functional teams. • Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of channel dynamics (retail, distribution, institutional sales). • Excellent leadership, storytelling, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. • Familiarity with digital brand building, performance marketing, and trade channel activations.
