Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop brand strategy and positioning for new products, including market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new brands or rebrand existing ones, ensuring successful product-market fit.
  • Conduct marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive sales growth, and enhance customer engagement across multiple channels (online & offline).
  • Manage promotional activities such as contests, events, PR initiatives, social media outreach to build brand reputation and loyalty.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong understanding of brand building principles, product branding techniques, and brand promotion strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders (marketing team) as well as external partners (agencies/vendors).
  • Proficiency in using data analytics tools for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand growth.
  • 5-8 years of experience in brand development management with expertise in FMCG industry.
