Brand Communication Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and innovative content across various digital platforms. You will play a vital role in growing our social media presence, engaging our audience, and increasing brand awareness. Your responsibilities will include developing compelling content for ads, social media, blogs, and videos. You will also be required to create storyboards and creative frameworks to guide execution, maintaining a unified tone, voice, and messaging across platforms. Additionally, you will use behavioural research to craft relevant and engaging messaging, stay updated on trends and competitor analysis to refine strategies effectively, and gather insights while ensuring accuracy in all content. To excel in this role, you must possess strong ideation skills to develop unique concepts, scripts, and storyboards. Understanding brand voice and consistency across all platforms is crucial, along with the ability to analyze and apply consumer behavior insights to content. Awareness of industry trends, competitor strategies, and content innovations is essential, as well as the skill to experiment with formats, messaging, and engagement tactics through A/B testing and optimization.
