Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with high net worth individuals (HNIs) to acquire new clients and grow existing ones.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell wealth products such as PMS, AIF, MF, Bonds, Insurance, etc. to increase revenue generation.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of retail liabilities business to provide tailored solutions to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to banking services.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 2-7 years of experience in branch sales or similar role in banking industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Casa Sales, CASA handling, HNI client handling, retail liabilities, Portfolio management and wealth product sales.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with HNIs.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by the organisation.
