Key Responsibilities: Overall Branch Administration & Operations: Take complete ownership of the daily operations and administration of the assigned branch. Ensure the branch operates efficiently and effectively, adhering to company policies and standards. Implement and maintain robust administrative processes for smooth functioning. Student Management & Support: Oversee student admissions, enrollment processes, and orientation. Manage student movement, including class transfers, attendance tracking, and completion status. Address student queries, concerns, and grievances promptly and effectively, ensuring high student satisfaction. Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment for all students. Trainer Management & Coordination: Coordinate with trainers regarding class schedules, curriculum delivery, and performance. Monitor trainer punctuality and adherence to teaching standards. Facilitate trainer requirements, including classroom resources and technical support. Assist in identifying and onboarding new trainers as per branch needs. Classroom & Infrastructure Arrangement: Ensure optimal utilization of classrooms and labs. Oversee the scheduling and arrangement of classes to maximize efficiency and accommodate student batches.
