Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in the Liabilities branch banking department of Equitas Small Finance Bank.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily operations of the branch office.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and expand customer base.
Lead and motivate a team of banking professionals to meet sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and management.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in branch banking, preferably in liabilities.
Strong knowledge of BFSI products and services.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in managing teams and achieving sales targets.
A graduate or postgraduate degree is required.
