Oversee and streamline daily branch operations Supervise, guide, and manage branch staff effectively Maintain strong relationships with customers and Head Office Provide regular updates and reports to senior management. Responsibilities: Branch Operations Management Oversee and streamline daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, smooth workflow, and adherence to company policies and procedures. Manage cash operations, transactions, and security protocols as per guidelines. Ensure all administrative tasks, record-keeping, and reporting are completed accurately and on time. Implement and monitor operational controls to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and service delivery. Team Leadership & Management Supervise, guide, and manage branch staff effectively, including setting performance goals, conducting regular appraisals, and providing constructive feedback. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, professional growth, and high morale. Conduct regular training sessions for staff on products, services, operational procedures, and customer service standards. Manage staff scheduling, leave, and attendance to ensure adequate coverage and operational continuity. Address staff grievances and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies. Customer Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with customers by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and promptly addressing their queries and concerns. Act as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues and ensure their resolution. Promote and cross-sell company products and services to new and existing customers. Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and product offerings. Minimum 3 years in team leadership/management roles Fluency in Malayalam + proficiency in Hindi OR English Proven leadership quality
