B.R. COMMERCIALS JOB DESCRIPTION: Data Management Executive COMPANY OVERVIEW: B.R. Commercials is part of the B.R. Group of companies (more details at https://brgroup.info/). We operate a high-traffic highway petrol pump, which has consistently been the highest selling Jio-BP pump in Chhattisgarh for the past two months. In the same time-frame, we have also been the Jio-BP’s highest selling fuel delivery partner in all of India. Moreover, we are expanding our business with inclusion of a Food & Beverage complex of well-recognised brands. We are growing very fast, and the Data Management Executive will play a critical role in creating systems for optimising current business processes and building them for scale. The ideal candidate will be highly professional, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion. Strong analytical & technology skills are essential for this role. OFFICE LOCATION: Kapoor House, Choubey Colony, Raipur (CG) | City Office WORKING HOURS: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM SALARY: ₹15k to ₹20k per month KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: System Implementation: Help improve and set up data systems as the business grows. Collaboration: Work with different teams like sales, operations, and finance to ensure data is consistent and useful. Data Organisation: Organise and manage data in spreadsheets and systems, ensuring it's accurate and up to date. Process Improvement: Suggest ways to improve how data is collected and reported to make work easier and faster. Data Audits: Regularly check for and fix any errors in the data. Reporting: Build simple reports and dashboards to help management make decisions based on the data. Confidentiality: Keep sensitive data strictly confidential. MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS: Strong analytical skills are core to this role. His contributions include the successful development of multiple residential colonies in Raigarh, the operations of Raigarh Solvent Extraction Ltd (a leading rice bran oil mill in the state), and ventures in Raipur, such as cold storage facilities, warehousing, and trading of land parcels. He is also actively involved with social initiatives & religious institutions (like the Chandrahasini Mandir). As a key pillar in multiple businesses that interface with legal, political, financial, and government stakeholders - he requires a trustworthy, disciplined, and proactive male Personal Assistant (age: 22 to 45 years) who can help manage both his personal and professional affairs.
