Role & responsibilities Purchasing process: Procure required material in time with comparison of different quotations and sorting out best option. Negotiate with suppliers for yearly terms or rates when required, monitor stocks level in stores. Daily communicate with Planning & Store for material availability status. - Development Process: Develop new vendors / suppliers for material, Visit suppliers for quality audit purpose. Develop new type of material / tools / Instruments by taking look in to different options available in market. - Reporting Process: Develop MIS report with availability status, Inventory status and other budgeting status.

HR Roles: - Recruitment process: manpower planning, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, prepare salary proposal, issue offer letters. - Completing Joining Formalities of new Employees - Leave Management and Control - Assist concerned HOD to handle complete performance management Work on KRA / KPA for each staff and supervisors. - Payroll management (Casual & On roll employees) & PF, ESI, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, Leave Encashment - Full & Final Settlement of Employees - Ensure all HR Policies are updated with current laws and informed to all employees - Management of GPA policy list. - Analyse, plan, arrange and support for training needs of employees. - Handling employee grievances regarding (Salary, Leaves, Attendance, and Transfer etc.) and employee coordination - Manage and implement employee engagement activities to promote healthy work environment - Retention management do counselling of employees to understand their mindset and plan for their better growth - Database management (Soft copy & Files) - Other HR actions - Supervising and monitoring housekeeping staff and their work, Office Management as per designed SOP, health & hygiene of all employees e & responsibilities
