Job Title: Finance & Accounting Manager Location: Boditech Med India Private Limited, Jhajjar, Haryana Reports to: Managing Director Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee the financial and accounting operations of our in-vitro diagnostics, point-of care manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, financial reporting, and compliance, ensuring efficient financial management aligned with organizational goals. Qualifications & Experience, Key Competencies Education: CA / MBA Finance from a recognized institute. Experience: 5-6 years of experience in finance and accounting management, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems: Tally Prime (Required), Oracle, SAP or similar. Robust command of Indian GAAP, coupled with advanced proficiency in Tally Prime to spearhead monthly and year-end closing procedures and reconciliations for consolidation. Strong MS Excel and financial modelling skills. Strong knowledge of costing and taxation according to Indian accounting standards. Key Responsibilities: Accounts & Compliance: Manage Chart of Accounts, statutory audits, internal audits, and tax filings (GST, TDS, income tax). Cost Management: Monitor and control manufacturing costs including raw material, labor, and overheads. Lead regular inventory check Financial Planning & Analysis: Report and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and variance reports Cash Flow & Working Capital Management: Manage treasury activities including payments, fund flow, and bank reconciliations. Inventory & Asset Control: Oversee physical inventory audits and fixed asset management. Ensure proper valuation and reconciliation of inventory with ERP. Additional tasks may be required as needed. Job Title: Sr Software Developer ( for Point-of-Care IVD Instruments) Location: Boditech Med India Private Limited, Jhajjar, Haryana. Experience: 3–7 Years Industry: In-Vitro Diagnostics / Medical Devices Employment Type: Full-Time Reporting: Korean Software Dev Lead/ India Factory Head Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer with a background in computer science/Information Technology Engineering . The ideal candidate will support the development and integration of software for point-of-care diagnostic instruments, ensuring compliance. Prior experience in embedded software or instrument control systems is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Hands-on experience in Android application development Experience in Android BSP (Board Support Package) development Experience in software development utilizing AI Experience in camera and image processing development Preference will be given to candidates with experience in medical device software development Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and validate software for point-of-care IVD instruments. Interface with hardware, sensors, and actuators to ensure reliable system performance. Assist in the integration of diagnostic algorithms, calibration curves and data analysis protocols. Support troubleshooting and debugging during prototype and production stages. Coordinate with Korean counterparts for joint development or technology transfer (if applicable). Design and implement software used in production lines and inspection systems Qualifications and Skills: Must Have: B Tech In CS/IT/ECE 3-7 years of experience as software developer Strong understanding of software development lifecycle in regulated industries. Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or Java. Familiarity with embedded systems, microcontrollers, and communication protocols (UART, I2C, SPI, etc.). AI Certification Preferred: Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git), bug tracking, and documentation platforms. Incumbent will be required to complete 6 month technical training in South Korea Added Advantage: Working knowledge of Korean language (spoken or written) to facilitate cross-border coordination.
