The Education ERP Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the sales of Education ERP solutions to universities, colleges, and educational institutions. This includes identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with decision-makers, demonstrating product value, and achieving sales targets. The role requires a deep understanding of education ERP systems and the challenges faced by educational institutions in their operations. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy and Planning Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve organizational goals. Identify new market opportunities and create plans to target them effectively. Prepare sales forecasts and align strategies with company objectives. Lead Generation and Relationship Building Identify and connect with prospective clients, including universities and colleges. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, such as deans, registrars, IT heads, and administrative staff. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences. Solution Selling Present and demonstrate Education ERP solutions to potential clients, focusing on benefits and ROI. Conduct product demonstrations and workshops to showcase features such as admissions, exams, library management, and governance modules. Address customer needs by offering customized ERP solutions. Negotiation and Closing Draft proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize agreements. Collaborate with the technical and implementation teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients. Maintain a healthy pipeline of deals and ensure timely closure to meet sales targets. Market Research and Product Knowledge Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer challenges. Provide feedback to the product team to improve features, functionalities, and user experience. Customer Retention and Upselling Collaborate with account management teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional modules or services. Reporting and Analytics Track and report sales performance metrics, including lead conversion rates, sales targets, and client feedback. Use CRM tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities. Key Qualifications and Skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in Education ERP or SaaS. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Skills: Strong understanding of education ERP systems and the operational challenges of educational institutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis. Role Overview: We are looking for an innovative and driven AI Developer to join our development team. You will be responsible for designing and deploying AI-powered features within our Education ERP platform to optimize academic processes, personalize learning, and automate complex administrative tasks. As an AI Developer at Bloomfield Innovations, you will work closely with product managers and software support engineers. This role combines cutting-edge AI/ML development with real-world impact in the education domain. Key Responsibilities: ● Design, develop, and integrate AI/ML models into the Bloomfield ERP platform. ● Implement smart features for product development. ● Eg : Predictive analytics for student performance and dropout risk. Intelligent scheduling and resource planning. AI-powered chatbots for student/parent queries. Personalized learning recommendations. Automated grading and feedback systems. ● Use NLP to analyze academic content, feedback, and communications. ● Work with large datasets from colleges, and universities to derive actionable insights. ● Collaborate with UI/UX teams to bring AI solutions to life in the product interface. ● Ensure that all AI applications adhere to data privacy, security, and ethical standards in education. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into the ERP platform seamlessly. ● Evaluate and improve AI models for accuracy, scalability, and real-world performance. ● Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and EdTech to bring innovative ideas into product development. Required Skills & Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. ● Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning or AI models in real-world applications. ● Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). ● Strong knowledge of algorithms, statistics, and data structures. ● Experience working with NLP libraries (e.g., spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers). ● Ability to work with structured and unstructured data. ● Understanding of RESTful APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps practices. ● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a product-driven environment.
