Responsibilities:

• Attend inbound calls and resolve customer issues related to semi-technical queries
• Offer first-level troubleshooting and support
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and follow process guidelines
• Document interactions clearly and accurately

Eligibility:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Freshers can apply)
• Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Basic technical aptitude (training will be provided)
• Open to work in rotational night shifts
