AEODC is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the vacancy of Mechanical Project Lead. The candidate will have a challenging role managing a team of BIM Engineers and Technicians, getting hands on experience managing complete Mechanical discipline BIM. Responsibilities

Demonstrate experience reading and understanding Mechanical plans, elevations and risers
Strong working knowledge of Mechanical drawings, terminology, codes and standards
Independently create Revit Mechanical models based on project design drawings
Managing creation of Revit Families of Mechanical elements and equipment s
Experience creating viewpoints of relevant clashes among disciplines model in Navisworks
Understanding of other disciplines such as Architecture, Structure, Electrical and Plumbing
Participate in Client meetings discussing on Mechanical model issues, if needed
Team player and willingness to take additional responsibility working on multiple projects
Able to estimate project timeline and clarify Mechanical related queries of team members
Flexible working with tight deadlines and ensuring maximum productivity for client deliverable
Familiar with Level of Development (LOD) and BEP standards for smooth functioning
Ensure special focus on Revit Mechanical model quality before each submission
