We are currently looking for a skilled MEP BIM Modeler to join our team and contribute to our exciting projects.
Job Description:
As an MEP BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for developing and managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) BIM models to ensure efficient project execution. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in Revit and experience working on complex MEP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage MEP BIM models using Revit.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure accurate coordination.Interpret project specifications and produce detailed MEP layouts.
Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts within models.
Ensure compliance with BIM standards and industry best practices.Work closely with design and construction teams to optimize MEP workflows.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an MEP BIM Modeler.
Proficiency in Revit with hands-on experience in MEP modeling.
Strong understanding of MEP systems, BIM standards, and workflows.
Ability to coordinate with structural and architectural teams.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
