BIM Modeler – Civil & Structural

Job Tittle: BIM Modeler- Civil & Structural Location: Mugappair, Chennai Duties and Responsibilities Ability to model the project in Revit (LoD 300-500) Preparation of Revit families & updating in modelling database. Proficient in BIM modelling using Revit. Good experience in extracting 2D drawings from BIM model & doing the detailing to prepare the drawing submission Ability to independently manage civil/structural, ARCH models with minimal supervision Manage revisions & history of changes to models. Strong in detailing on Civil & Structual elements in a 3D environment Experience in modelling with LoD 300-500 Models & working knowledge of all disciplines with expertise in civil / Structural, ARCH works Qualification D.M.E/DCE (Mechanical/Civil)/ B.E (Civil) Desired Profile: Working experience large scale BIM projects of & involved in a modelling / coordination role from an engineering services company Software Skills: AutoCAD, Revit 2023, Dynamo, Navis Manage, Bim 360. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
