Responsibilities 1. Organize the family database, 2. Organize modeling standards, 3. Modeling of winning bids (including civil engineering mechanical and electrical pipelines) and pipeline collisions, 4. Organize project BIM animations and demonstrations. Requirements 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering or related 2. Have more than 3 years of BIM modeling experience (excellent ones relax)2-3 years of MEP experience; 3. Be proficient in operating REVIT software; 4. Have a BIM second-level modeler certificate; 5. Be able to lead a team of junior modelers to model large and medium-sized projects; 6. Familiar with space management, pipeline collision detection, etc., have a good sense of space and a strong sense of responsibility; 7. Willing to engage in BIM work for a long time and being able to cooperate with business trips and dispatches
