BIM Architect

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Qualification: Degree in Architecture or Civil

Job Description:
We are looking for a talented BIM Architect to join our dynamic team in Pune . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating Building Information Models for diverse architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate and detailed BIM models for architectural design and documentation.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure clash-free models.
• Prepare drawings, schedules, and other deliverables from BIM models.
• Maintain BIM standards and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Participate in design meetings and provide BIM-related technical support.
• Update and manage models based on design changes and site feedback.
• Support the implementation of BIM workflows and best practices within the team.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Revit Architecture and other BIM tools (Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and detailing.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple disciplines in a collaborative environment.
• Good knowledge of relevant codes and standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
