BIM Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage 3D BIM models for architectural projects using Revit and other BIM software.
Collaborate with design teams, engineers, and consultants to integrate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines.
Ensure BIM models are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company and project-specific BIM standards.
Prepare architectural drawings, visualizations, and detailed documentation from BIM models.
Perform clash detection and coordinate resolution with all stakeholders.
Support the implementation of BIM workflows and contribute to BIM execution plans (BEPs).
Maintain BIM libraries and templates, ensuring quality and consistency across projects.
Participate in project meetings and contribute to design coordination and technical discussions.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Architecture or related field (Master’s preferred).
4+ years of experience in architecture with a strong focus on BIM.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is required; experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Enscape, Rhino, or ArchiCAD is a plus.
Strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction documents, and coordination processes.
Familiarity with BIM standards and protocols (e.g., ISO 19650, LOD definitions).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.r
