Job Description

Manager - Client Billing

Comprehensive Knowledge of billing - Civil, Finishing & MEP Items
Good knowledge/understanding of contractual terms and conditions, billing principles and regulatory requirements
The candidate should be able to prepare rate analysis for extra items/claims & support site billing engineers
Prepare deviation statements and project cash flows
Maintain comprehensive records of work completed at the site
Should be able to prepare and certify monthly bills
Record and address delays and hindrances caused by clients or weather conditions.
Capable of handling, compiling the data & preparing reports/MIS
Should be able to check the accuracy of bills received and find any shortcomings/missing items

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification BE / Btech. (Civil) from reputed engineering institute
Min. work experience in Billing should be 15 years
Should have good knowledge in Client, Subcon Billing & Quantity Surveying
Good communication/negotiation skills
