Qualification

Any degree
12 years of billing experience preferred
Freshers with a strong willingness to learn may also apply

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and process sales invoices accurately and promptly
Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and dispatch teams for billing inputs
Maintain proper records of invoices and billing documentation
Assist with payment follow-ups and updating receivables
Support the accounts team in day-to-day tasks and basic data entry
Generate billing reports or data as required by the management

Key Skills Required

Proficiency in English (mandatory); Hindi preferred
Basic knowledge of Tally, MS Office
Accuracy and attention to detail
Strong coordination and communication skills

Male candidates preferred
Candidates based in or near Ernakulam will be given preference
