Job Description

Planning & Scheduling:

Prepare and monitor project schedules using MS Project/Primavera (P6).
Develop work breakdown structures (WBS) and establish activity timelines.
Coordinate with project teams for resource planning, sequencing, and progress updates.
Identify critical paths, delays, and propose corrective actions.
Support in preparation of project execution strategies and look-ahead plans.

Billing & Documentation:

Prepare client RA (Running Account) bills and subcontractor bills in line with contract terms.
Verify measurements, BOQs, and actual site execution reports.
Coordinate with site teams and clients for certification and timely billing.
Track invoice status and follow up for payments.
Ensure billing is aligned with contractual milestones and scope.

Project Coordination:

Support Project Manager with MIS reports and cost monitoring.
Interface with procurement, contracts, and site teams for data collection and validation.
Monitor budget utilization and escalate deviations.

Compliance & Quality:

Ensure documentation is as per ISO/QA/QC systems.
Maintain records for audits, client inspections, and internal reviews.

Key Skills Required:

Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, MS Excel, AutoCAD
Sound knowledge of industrial construction practices, BOQ, and rate analysis
Understanding of contract clauses, invoicing formats, and tax implications
Good analytical and communication skills
Willingness to relocate and adapt to site/project conditions

Educational Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech , Diploma in Civil Engineering
