Very good place to invest. They are giving 12% assured return on investment and 9 year lease guarantee of 140 rupees per sqft in retail. The are constructing tallest building in North India.

Worst experience with the group. Never invest in their projects. Absolutely pathetic service. They will squander your money away.

False promises. Even after cancellation I did not get the refund. It's the 10th month and they do not respond on emails and phone calls. It's a TRAP. Please stay away.

Worst company. No promise are completed of registration not rent. Not even half returns are given as promised. Do not invest your hard earned money

Project under construction. Iys too early to comment. However for this commercial building I noticed only single layer of glass is used in my opinion it should have been double tinted glass for this over rated building. Double glass makes it sound proof and a strong building since it is a glass building

commercial towers A, B, C towers having 29 floors each at Alphathum are ready. Investors, end users can think for investment on flexible term & will get decent lease rent.

The employees of the company is not serious about their work reputation of company, they are taking everyone for granted. The Customer service of the company is so much poor that no one is willing to interact with customers. Some Senior professional or the owner of the company has to be take it serious.
