The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. They will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, analyze data, and coordinate various social media activities. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy. Define the most important social media KPIs. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content is informative and appealing. 2. Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written, and audio/podcast). Oversee the design (e.g., Facebook Timeline cover, profile pictures, thumbnails, ads, and blog). Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules. 3. Community Management: Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews. Foster strong relationships with followers and build a loyal community. Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews. 4. Analytics and Reporting: Analyse social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement. Provide insights and recommendations based on analysis of performance metrics. Generate and present reports on social media activities and ROI. 5. Collaboration and Coordination: Coordinate with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency. Collaborate with influencers, agencies, and other partners to enhance social media activities. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies. 6. Advertising and Promotion: Plan and execute paid social media campaigns. Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns. Ensure all paid ad campaigns align with the overall marketing strategy and goals. Required Experience and Skills Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media best practices. Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools. Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with web design and publishing. A degree in Marketing or a relevant field is a plus. Desired Competencies Passion for social media and internet marketing industries. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong analytical skills to measure the success of campaigns.
