Role & responsibilities

Bench Sales Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Market
bench candidates (H-1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizens)
to staffing vendors and direct clients across the US
Work with consultants to gather marketing information, update resumes, and prepare for interviews
Build strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and clients
Submit qualified candidates to job requirements via job boards, email, or VMS portals
Follow up regularly with clients and vendors for interview feedback and placements
Maintain and update a database of vendors, client contacts, and open requirements
Track candidate submissions, interviews, and onboarding statuses

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, HR, IT, or any relevant field
0–1 year of experience in recruitment, sales, or customer support (preferred, not mandatory)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in the
US CST time zone (Night Shift)
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Familiarity with job boards like
Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder
, and
LinkedIn
is a plus
Basic knowledge of US work visas (OPT, CPT, H-1B, GC, etc.) is a strong advantage
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
