Beauty and Wellness Trainer

Role & Responsibilities: Deliver Beauty and wellness skills, life skills and other work-related training that empowers young women to take up employment. Deliver training using innovative methods including activity-based learning, role-plays experiential learning for development techniques and consistently evaluate the quality and impact of training. Work with young women to identify their goal and support them to build skills to achieve these goals through the skills training programme. Deliver a structured induction programme to each group of enrolled candidates starting on the programme. Ability to conduct class of 20-25 in a batch. Deliver life skills sessions through different activities to young women and in-house resources to engage them successfully and enhance their learning Ensure training outcomes are achieved in each Design and implement an effective Centre training timetable. Apply and continuously develop innovative training techniques to make training more effective, fun and interactive. Undertake comprehensive needs assessments 1:1 with young women to identify their strengths & limitations, training and life skills needs and overall targets for the programme Act as the lead worker in the first phase of young women engagement and ensure all youth receive the full and proper offer during this time. Any Other work as per requirement of the organization/project.
