Job Title : - Sales Promoter/Senior Sales Promoter

Division :- Parlour Business

Job Location : Chennai HQ

Reports to SPO

Age 21-38 Yrs

Education At least Graduate

Experience 2-10 Yrs. experience in hard-core sales

Mandatory Requirements : The candidate must have experience in the Parlour /Beauty Division.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibility Area

Brand promotion.

  • Place product through demos and competitor product analysis.
  • Push product in the market

In-parlour related activities.

  • Promoting bleaches and Facial in the Parlours/Salons/Unisex Salons
  • Conducting demos of facials and bleaches in parlours/Salons/Unisex Salons
  • Providing detailed information on the product range by use of the sales detailer/Tablets
  • Scouting for new parlours/salons/unisex salons to increasing coverage in existing/new area
  • Increasing coverage by adding new parlours/ salons/ unisex salons in new & nearby areas
  • Building strong relationship
  • Ensuring range availability
  • Ensuring high visibility with range and POS placement
  • Ensuring proper service levels, credits, visit frequency
  • Ensuring placement of all new product launches as per norms
  • Covering all key parlour at least twice a month
  • Managing loyalty program
  • Ensuring to take share of competition in the market
  • Keep a close watch on competition and inform seniors on new launch, activities, schemes etc.
  • Promptly handle customer complaints, cushion the consumer/parlour and intimate the same to the SPO for immediate action

Managing the Stockiest

  • Physical Stock checking
  • Briefing stockist on months activities and sales plan
  • Ensuring a healthy ROI
  • Submission of stockist claims in time

Administration

  • Preparing weekly / monthly sales reports
  • Preparing stockiest monthly reports
  • Preparing Claims (Monthly Claim Summary)
  • Tracking of Top 50 parlour performance
  • Tracking of loyalty program
  • Demo tracking format to be filled after every demo conducted

KPIs

  • Achievement of secondary sales targets
  • Average brand sold
  • Opportunity branks / NPDs.
