Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and communicative BE/B.Tech (Electrical) to join our micro bio-based manufacturing company under the NAPS scheme for a 1-year contract. The ideal candidate must possess strong maintenance knowledge and excellent English communication skills to support cross-functional coordination and ensure the uninterrupted functioning of critical systems.
Key Responsibilities
? Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment like motors, control panels, HVAC units, autoclaves, and cleanroom systems.
? Quickly diagnose and resolve electrical issues to minimize downtime in production and lab areas.
? Communicate effectively with internal teams, auditors, and vendors in English for reporting, coordination, and documentation.
? Maintain and update technical documents, SOPs, and maintenance logs as per GMP and ISO standards.
? Ensure electrical safety compliance and assist in energy conservation initiatives.
? Participate in installation and commissioning of new machines and systems.
? Liaise with equipment manufacturers and external service providers for timely support and spares.
? Support audits and inspections by providing clear technical explanations when needed.
Candidate Profile
? B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
? 23 years of hands-on experience in Maintenance
? Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, automation basics, and troubleshooting
? Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are a must
? Proficient in using MS Office and maintenance-related software tools
? Positive attitude,
quick learner,
and willing to work in shifts if required
