Job Title: Business Development Manager – eCommerce (Strategic Sales)
Location: Jalandhar
Salary: Up to ₹25 LPA

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our eCommerce strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the eCommerce industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet business objectives in the eCommerce sector
• Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to refine sales strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and product
• Meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in eCommerce sales or business development
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• In-depth understanding of online marketplaces, D2C strategies, and e-retail ecosystems
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close high-value deals
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
