Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Business Development Manager Corporate Sales who will drive B2B partnerships with companies, HR departments, and event organizers to generate revenue through corporate tie-ups. The role requires a strategic sales mindset, relationship-building skills, and a passion for gaming & entertainment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify & Generate Leads: Prospect and build a pipeline of corporate clients (HRs, Admins, Event Managers) for team outings, annual events, and employee engagement activities.
  • Corporate Tie-Ups: Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate houses, event agencies, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) planners.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective pitching, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and segments within the corporate ecosystem to enhance business reach.
  • Proposal & Pricing: Develop customized proposals, pricing models, and event packages tailored to corporate needs.
  • Networking & Representation: Attend networking events, expos, and corporate fairs to promote the brand and build visibility.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations team to ensure seamless execution of corporate events.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and client databases.

Requirements

Proven experience (36 years) in Corporate Sales / Business Development, preferably in hospitality, entertainment, events, or gaming industry

Strong networking and relationship-building skills

Excellent communication & presentation skills

Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach

Knowledge of corporate HR and admin networks is an advantage

Passion for gaming, entertainment, or experiential events
