Qualification- Chartered Accountant with 3-4 years of experience Roles and Responsibilities - Work Execution & Quality Control - Prioritizing the work with timelines. Plan, organize, execute, direct, and monitor operations, including overall quality of deliverables, processes, and project completion within budgeted timelines. Supervise teams across different client engagements. Preparation of regulatory reports and other data as directed by the designated superior/partners. Preparing checklists, procedures, PPTs, and other material as required. Ensuring quality control is maintained at the departmental level by adherence to firm policies. Become proficient in computer and accounting packages, applications, filing utilities, and database utilities like Xero, Intuits, Zoho, Busy, Tally ERP 9, Power BI, Microsoft Office suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), etc. To create a learning plan based on the P.R.E. Model (People, Resources, Experience). Review meetings- Attend and conduct operational meetings daily for 15 minutes to provide support to the team. Attend and conduct tactical meetings every 14 days for 2 hours to hold people accountable and provide feedback to the team on a tactical basis.
