Nice and spacious store with good stock of Bata shoes and accessories. I went to get Caterpillar boots from here since they sell that brand here now. The staff was helpful n efficient. Overall a good experience.

This used to be very good store but from last few times when I went there, the staff is not interested in helping the customer, most of the time the shoes are not available in any sizes and they will have one leg on showcase and other is damaged, they why put one on display? Really really disappointed. Won't be going back to the store

They cheat, be careful!. We went to shop and selected a model. They said the selected version not available order online. When they ordered, it was wrong model. I enquired in the shop itself about this wrong colour, they said I will get black. But I got Wrong and they don't refund :-( really unsatisfied with experience.

Every time u choose something the size is not available. That too when it's the most common size, inventory should always be available. They will give the option to home deliver but then in store offers will not be applicable.
