Staff at this store are impolite and not helpful at all. They treat customer so disrespectfully.. Items are good but the store staffs are rude, even , bullying and less recieving so don't feel like buying any stuffs

Some really nice deals available Particularly for the white collar class. Also don't forget to check out their hush puppies collection if you can afford it.

Good old shoes , not a great collection ...but for the budget buyer the best that can come with a brand name.... Have been wearing these since school and still am not tired of them ... the 'Power' brand of the sport shoes are great for normal jogging @ highly reccomendef

Nice range of products but little disappointed by the employee over there because I have waited for ten minutes but no one asked me what I need over there and all the staff are available in ground floor only near womens section and only one or two are there in first floor.

Would not recommend at all. Provided me a defective footwear and not replacing the same when visited the store with the product. Despite making huge investment into shoes, they couldn't provide me with a reliable product.

Comparative to other stores they have higher prices. Also compared to Bata official website. Once you got the billing done, they have the policy not to take any returns even if you show that the item purchased is of less price on other Bata outlet. They are CHEATER'S

Don't trust them, they will treat you as an unknown person after selling the kit. There service charges for servicing the CNG kit are insane. As they are doing nothing in servicing, but charging you heavily for that.
