Bartender

Key Responsibilities:

• Mixing and Serving Drinks:Bartenders prepare and serve beverages following recipes or customer requests. They may also create new and unique cocktails.
• Customer Interaction:They greet customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Maintaining the Bar Area:This includes cleaning the bar, restocking supplies, and ensuring a safe and sanitary environment.
• Cash Handling:Bartenders process payments, handle cash transactions, and reconcile sales.
• Inventory Management:They monitor stock levels, place orders for supplies, and track inventory.
• Ensuring Legal Compliance:Bartenders verify customer identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age and adhere to all relevant alcohol regulations.
• Creating a Positive Atmosphere:They are responsible for creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for customers.
• Upselling:Bartenders may be responsible for promoting specific drinks or items to increase sales.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
