Job Summary:
As a Barman, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner. You will also maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and deliver high-quality service in line with the Gentleman Group’s standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take orders, suggest drink selections, and answer guest inquiries about the menu.
• Maintain bar inventory and restock supplies as necessary.
• Clean and sanitize bar areas, glassware, and equipment.
• Monitor guest behavior and comply with legal and company standards for alcohol service.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
• Work collaboratively with barbacks, waitstaff, and kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a barman/bartender in a hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes, bar equipment, and customer service techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Presentable appearance and a courteous attitude.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
• Certification in Responsible Alcohol Service (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
