Job Overview:

Insolution Global is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Banking Operations / Reconciliation Executive to join our dynamic Fintech team. The ideal candidate will assist in daily transaction reconciliations, settlements, and resolving banking queries, playing a key role in maintaining financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily bank reconciliations and payment gateway reconciliations.
• Monitor transaction settlements across multiple banks and payment partners.
• Investigate and resolve mismatches, chargebacks, and pending transactions.
• Coordinate with banks, internal teams, and merchants for transaction-related queries.
• Maintain accurate records of daily reconciliations and settlement reports.
• Assist in audit and compliance documentation related to transaction flows.
• Support in day-to-day banking operations including NEFT/RTGS/IMPS monitoring.
• Adhere to timelines and escalation matrix for unresolved discrepancies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Basic understanding of banking operations and digital payment systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (vlookups, pivots, reconciliation templates).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Prior internship or work experience in banking operations or reconciliation will be a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
