We're seeking a talented Bakery Chef to join our culinary team and craft fresh, wholesome, and delightful baked goods that reflect our philosophy. Role: Bakery Chef Key Responsibilities: Prepare a wide variety of baked goods including bread, pastries, cakes, cookies, and healthy alternatives. Innovate new menu items using local and organic ingredients. Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization. Manage kitchen inventory and coordinate with suppliers. Train and supervise junior kitchen staff if required. Ensure consistent quality and timely delivery of all baked items. Requirements: Proven experience as a bakery/pastry chef (minimum 2–3 years preferred). Knowledge of different baking techniques and trends (including healthy/organic baking). Creativity and passion for artisanal baking. Ability to work in a remote, peaceful environment. Culinary diploma/certification is a plus.
