Backend Developer Intern

Clarovate Media Pvt Ltd is looking for a passionate and motivated Backend Developer Intern to join our growing tech team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to work on real-world projects, gain hands-on experience with modern backend technologies, and collaborate with experienced developers. High-performing interns will be considered for a full-time position at the end of the internship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js
• Design and implement RESTful APIs to support web and mobile platforms
• Integrate and manage databases, particularly MongoDB
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to ensure seamless integration
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Implement security and data protection best practices
• Stay updated with emerging backend technologies and best practices

Required Skills:

• Solid understanding or hands-on experience with Node.js
• Proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS
• Knowledge of database systems like MongoDB, Redis
• Understanding of API development and security (OAuth, JWT)
• Experience with Git and version control systems
• Familiarity with Docker or other containerization tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
