Job Description

Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service and maintenance requests. Schedule and coordinate service visits, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs. Assign tasks to service engineers and track job progress. Ensure all service activities comply with company standards and customer requirements. Maintain detailed service records, reports, and documentation. Communicate with customers to provide updates on service status and resolution timelines. Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure the availability of spare parts. Monitor customer feedback and work on continuous service improvements. Support the sales team in after-sales services and warranty claims. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
