Role & responsibilities:- Job description Role Summary Lead and scale Revolts B2B vertical – including fleet, corporate, and employee partnership channels – with full P&L ownership, strategic account development, and team building. Key Responsibilities - Own B2B sales strategy and execution to deliver 10,000-unit annual target. - Identify high-potential segments (logistics, food delivery, BPOs, corporates) and create tailored offerings. - Build and lead the central and regional B2B sales team. - Forge partnerships with NBFCs, fleet aggregators, and government programs. - Drive funnel reviews, cross-functional alignment (ops, service, delivery). - Monitor performance vs plan, and drive accountability. Experience & Skills - 8–12 years of B2B or fleet sales leadership in auto/EV/logistics/mobility having built B2B business / vertical from 0. - Strong commercial acumen, B2B deal-making, and relationship management. - High ownership and comfort in unstructured, fast-paced environments.
