Handhold & work closely with the Sub broker / Franchise / IFA / channel partners to ensure scale up, retention & transactions while ensuring addition of new clients through various initiatives. Deliver outstanding customer service in terms of pre sales and post service. Identify opportunities in line with business objectives & work towards meeting them.
