Key Responsibilities: Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and data models to support reporting and analysis. Create and maintain paginated reports and dashboards using SSRS for operational reporting needs. Collaborate with business users, data engineers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Monitor data integrity, performance, and reliability across reporting and analytics systems. Document processes, data flows, and reporting structures to ensure maintainability and transparency. Basic knowledge of Power BI and Databricks Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in a SQL Development data analytics or BI development role. Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with relational database systems (e.g., SQL Server, Azure SQL). Solid understanding and use of SSRS for developing and deploying reports. Ability to troubleshoot data and report-related issues independently. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
