Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and defect reports to track progress against project milestones. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning meetings, and retrospectives to ensure effective communication among team members. Generic Requirements : Experience in QA Automation Testing or related field (e.g., Quality Assurance Engineering). Strong understanding of Java programming language and its application in automation testing. Experience with Selenium WebDriver for browser automation testing; knowledge of other tools such as Appium is a plus. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and ability to work effectively in an iterative environment
