Draftsman- Design & Build Experience: 2-5 Designation: Draftsman Industry Type: Real Estate Industry for commercial Interior Fit out Projects Location: Bangalore ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Taking onsite measurement as & preparing Actual layout plan Preparing Furniture Layout Presentation Drawings in AutoCAD Preparing Detailed Drawings of Plan, Section & Elevations & Built Drawings with design details Communicating with architects and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings. Co-Ordination of Interior Drawings with Structural & Service Drawings. Demolition and construction layout (including all kind of partitions) Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes Preparing Detail Drawings of demolition and construction layout (including all kind of partitions) RCP false ceiling layout (include cut sections with light details) loose furniture details as considered in 3d views QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED Diploma in Architecture/ Interior Designer or Bachelor of Science in engineering Degree from a technical college also acceptable Good Interpersonal & Communication skills Ability to draw manually favorable, but not essential Ability to respond well to criticism and maintain a positive attitude. Ability to work well in a team and on your own
