Job summary

We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD Draftsman with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in drafting and designing for projects in the Industrial, Metro, Railway, Ports, and Airport sectors. This is a full-time, site-based position with three vacancies available.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Draftsman / CAD Detailer with experience in structural steel, fabrication, and erection detailing. The candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and capable of preparing accurate fabrication/shop drawings and erection plans based on project requirements.

Prepare detailed fabrication drawings for structural steel components (trusses, purlins, columns, etc.)

Create erection drawings, layout plans, and GA (general arrangement) drawings

Ensure drawings meet industry and client standards (IS codes / project specs)

Coordinate with site teams, engineers, and fabricators for revisions and clarifications

Maintain drawing records and update documentation as per site changes (as-built)

Assist in material take-offs (MTO) and basic quantity estimation if needed

Key Requirements

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in drafting with a focus on industrial, metro, railway, ports, or airport projects.
• Education: Graduation in B.Tech/B.E., specializing in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and other relevant CAD software tools.
• ITI / Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Drafting
• 2–5 years of experience in drafting, preferably in steel structure / fabrication industry
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D essential; 3D is a plus)
• Good understanding of structural and fabrication components
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
